Who are Pursloe Group?
Established in 2014 (as Pursloe Property Maintenance Ltd) and rebranded as Pursloe Group in April 2025, we're a family-run business led by Nathan and Jo Pursloe.
Backed by a large team of skilled specialists, we deliver everything from small repairs to full property renovations, extensions and major building works
What services do you offer?

Who will complete the job?
You'll be served by experienced tradespeople — including builders, carpenters, plumbers, painters & decorators — led by managing director Nathan Pursloe and project manager Mike Clarke.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Availability varies by season. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead for smaller jobs, and 4–8 weeks for larger projects like new builds, renovations or extensions.
Do you handle extensions & major building work?
Yes — extensions, structural alterations, and full refurbishments are a major part of what we do. We manage everything from initial consultation and structural planning (working with architects and engineers if needed) through to final finish.
Do you help with planning permission & building control?
Absolutely! While we don't submit planning applications directly, we work alongside your Architect and can assist in coordinating drawings, structural engineer plans, and obtaining building control approvals.
